The National ILG (NILG) is a non-profit organization that was created to enhance the coordination of the Annual ILG National Conference (the “National Conference”), to serve as a communication vehicle and training resource to Regional and Local ILGs, and to partner with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to enhance the implementation of both the spirit and intent of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
